Sick day book number one
Sick day book number one
First book for the #readathon! Tried to start a few times and haven't been able to make enough time to get into it. Here we go!
"If you stick it out, it's all going to feel worth it in the end. Every moment you live, every darkness you face, they'll all feel worth it when you're staring light in the face."
I don't know what it is about this book, but I can't put it down.
Can we talk about how living in the city your book takes place in changes how you read it? I can't decide if it improves the experience or not, but it definitely adds another dimension to how I read and interpret the story. It's making this read super interesting!
Trying to convince myself I am allowed to take up space is like writing with my left hand when I was born to use my right.
