Just beginning this one today - I'm in the mood for some fairy tales. ✨📖✨

Heartbreaking. Eye opening. Fascinating. Human. There was so much information in this book I'd never heard of before. I was amazed at the sheer volume of scientific research made possible because of Henrietta Lacks, even though neither she nor her family were ever made aware of it or recognized for it until decades later. The ethical and moral questions raised in this book should be taught, evaluated, & discussed by every medical professional.
