A gripping read for Batman fans. Marie Lu dwells into the life of 18 years old Bruce Wayne who is yet to face his first challenge, yet to don the cape of the dark knight. A teen who's still trying to come to terms with the responsibilities he has come to inherit from his parents.
Absolutely gripping and gave me adrenaline rushes all long as I leafed through the pages. A beautiful piece of work. A must read for mystery and thriller junkies. Looking forward to reading other installments in the Wayward Pines series :)
The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August is one of a kind. The plot is gripping and the detailed descriptions of the characters themselves, their decisions and historical events make the narration feel realistic. Claire North rewards your patience as you flutter through the pages and push yourself a bit across some lazy chapters, poised, almost meticulously to make the book give you the feels of a real autobiography.
