panUgh. I tried! I wanted to love it. It took me so long to read. I really liked the writing style, but I had to make myself keep going. I feel like I'm the only one that didn't love it....I just feel like it lacked depth...like it just skimmed the surface. I didn't feel even a little satisfied with the ending.

panLoved the story. Hated reading it. Reading this book was hard and slightly excruciating. Finishing it was a relief, and looking back the story was really great, but it was just....told. Dry and slow. 😑
