I listened to the Audible version read by the author. At first I enjoyed her reading, but by halfway I was finding her a bit annoying. At times I felt like she was yelling at me. Girl, I'm old enough to be your mother! Which might be the problem here. There were definitely some thought-provoking bits, but I feel that much of her advice did not apply to me.
