“Since when,” Falk said, “has that ever stopped anybody from hurting someone?”
I was really disappointed in this book. The title doesn‘t really match the plot of the book.
A lovely story about being yourself despite what others think ❤️❤️
If you haven‘t yet read this, do it now. This is not what I remember from my childhood; the Flintstones are revamped and sophisticated, tackling modern issues in a Stone Age world, such as marriage and war. Great read.
I laughed so hard at the comics in this book. I can relate to so many of these but this coffee one is the winner. LOVED it.
Alright, I‘m a skeptic but enjoyed this primarily for the info on yoga and meditation (goals for the year). This book would be great for anyone interested in holistic and alternative approaches to health (mental and physical) and for those who are curious about pseudoscience stuff. Still, a fun read.
I loved this book! I picked it up w/out realizing it was #5 but was able to follow along w/out feeling lost. Kamala is trying to balance her life as Ms. Marvel with her school, social, & family life. She reconnects with old friends & makes new friends. She saves an ungrateful Jersey City & has to deal with rumors against her character. Oh,& she's failing math. It's tough being a teen & a member of the Avengers, but she manages & learns help is ok
A worn library copy. This book is pretty emotional. I wasn‘t ready for that.
Okay, I know I‘m super freaking late but wow, Jughead is just the sort of laugh out loud book that I need in my life right now. I‘m so glad I went to “The History of the American Comic Book” session at the Alaska Library conference a couple weeks ago. It inspired me to read funny graphic novels and I AM SO IN LOVE!
Hoping this book is better than my psychiatrist.
