Has anyone ever read this book? I started it about a week ago, and haven‘t found it to be a page turner. I think Alice sebolds work is amazing but I guess I need to give this one a harder try!

Some self help books are hard to read. In my opinion they can be boring. I thought this was an great modern version, for a long span of -top ranking self help books - for a new generation. It was quick to read. Fun. I loved the same reminder about loving yourself at the end of each chapter because it really started to sink in!
