Great read! Chilling story about two sisters who make wishes with an enchanted or cursed spring at their grandmothers mysterious home. Locals swear that it gives miracles but you pay for them dearly.

This was one of those books that I couldn‘t put down. It gives a dark look into mania and mental health trauma.

A cautionary tale…Be very careful what you wish for.

Just finished The Silent Patient by Alex Machaelides 🙌🏻 Excellent read!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The plot, the characters… kept me guessing to the end - an ending which I didn‘t expect. Great beach vacation book, short enough yet packs a lot of drama and tension. A mystery to the very last sentence.

My very first book by Cat Winters and I was in love by the end of the first chapter 🥰 A wonderful interesting take on a young woman‘s life in the early 1900‘s where women had very few rights- one being the right to wear “trousers.”

I‘m not a feminist. However, I believe in treating all humanity with kindness and decency. This was a delightful read where the struggle for equality was an atmospheric backdrop & not a political agenda ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my first book to read from this author. I was really surprised, It's different from most Christian-focused self-help books. I found myself stopping and reading parts over and over, & taking notes in my journal. The chapters that stood out were forgiveness & developing community.

So much of her story moved me to want to make changes in my daily life, my motives, and my attitudes.
