pickSo this book was gifted to me by a good friend, and up until that fateful day I had no clue who Tim Ferris was, but I knew I was on a self improvement journey so I said screw it! This is a big book (I was intimidated) But I am so very glad I did. The book delivers as promised. I don‘t care who you are or what you want to improve upon this book right here will have some hidden and most interesting gems for you do to so. Favorite. Book. Ever.
so-soAll in all it was a well put together book. Very professional. That being said I feel like he just coasted off the green rush and his catchy name, because the actual usefulness of this book is debatable for me. Yes it‘s a cook book, but I was fully expecting a deeper dive into the science behind the cooking, not just a book of recycled recipes with infused oil thrown in.
