This was a weird book for me. It was recommended by a ton of friends and family - and it ended up being mostly perfect for me. Each chapter is a lie that the author believed - and she spends the chapter dispelling the lie in a number of ways. The only weird thing for me was her referral to faith - because I don‘t have a set faith. Still a good book though, and it bothered me less than I thought it would.
