I really enjoyed this book! A book club I joined was reading this book And I gave it a go. This was a new author to me so I had no expectations. Really good story!

I happened upon this book as I was looking for something to read between book deliveries. I was thinking it would be a mediocre read, but I was wrong. I was absolutely sucked into this book! I loved the characters, the plot and the fact that the protagonist was a female bad a$$. I did get a little annoyed with Eadmund but I‘m hoping he develops more in book two. Highly recommend this book!
‘Tis true. My TBR pile is growing lately!
Book haul today. I‘m excited to get started!! I need to finish The Chestnut Man first, but I‘m struggling with it. 😖
I usually don‘t like when someone reads over my shoulder. He gets a pass. #catsoflitsy
Reading partners on this chilly morning. #catsoflitsy
Reading with my oldest fur baby tonight. She‘s 11. The baby gave up his spot so she swooped in.
Off to work! It‘s rainy and cold here. ❄️🌧 I hope everyone has a great day!
This was my first book by this author and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The story was great and the main characters were well developed. I‘m looking forward to the next in this series. 🤞🏻
If I‘m sitting and reading, he‘s always here just in case I need him.
I have loved every thriller I‘ve read by Loreth Anne White and this book didn‘t disappoint. This is definitely whodunnit. It kept me guessing to the end! Just when I thought I‘d figured it out, something happened to make me change my mind.
This was an easy read, but I found myself skimming paragraphs. The story isn‘t very believable and this book fell a bit short for me.
I‘m not sure where to begin with this book. This was definitely an emotional roller coaster. Book hangover for sure.
I read so many reviews saying this book was great and really creepy. I couldn‘t wait to get my hands on it!! Honestly, I had a hard time getting through it without being distracted. I pushed through it just to finish. It just didn‘t do it for me.
This was a fast easy read. The twist at the end got me! I wasn‘t expecting that one.
Just finished and loved it! So many twists and turns. 🔄🔀 This was a fabulous read.
My reading partner for the night. I can‘t tell if my book is boring him. 🤔 😻
😴😴😴 I‘m sure I‘ll do it again tonight. I pick up a book I preordered today! The Turn of the Key, Ruth Ware. Can‘t wait!!!! 💃🏻
I struggled with this book. I wanted to love it. 😩. I didn‘t care for the characters much and parts were very disturbing. The twist at the end was unexpected, but didn‘t wow me enough to rate it higher.
Currently reading. Ok so far but I hope it picks up a little. 📚
So this isn‘t my normal genre. I really love psychological thrillers! I watched a couple episodes of the show, found out it was based on a book and kept it on my TBR list for awhile. I grabbed it at the bookstore this weekend. To my surprise, I really enjoyed this book! So much so I‘m picking up the second book in the series.
I enjoyed this book. It was a little slow in places, but an enjoyable read.
I loved this book! So much so I had a book hangover for a couple days after.
