pickI‘ve gone AWOL from my official TBR and am following my book cravings at the moment! Had a craving to read about Tokyo and this was great. My second Murakami and I‘m a fan of the beautiful weirdness. A couple of teens meet in a Denny‘s late at night, before the night ends they will have crossed paths with a bunch of nocturnal characters and had a glimpse of other worlds and lives not lived.

Centique @Cinfhen we have them here too #ubiquitous I haven‘t been there for years but this book reminded me of how I used to frequent them as a uni student and now I‘m having cravings for their Super Bird turkey sandwich 😂😂 6y

Centique @Robothugs I‘ve only read 2 so far! Kafka on the Shore was my first one and it was awesome. He‘s so easy to read too. Only thing is there is a depiction of animal cruelty in it if that‘s a trigger for you? It‘s just one page and could be skipped over I think. 6y
