The third entry in the #ladysherlock series is just fabulous! While I thought it focused less on Charlotte than the previous two books in the series, the broadening of perspectives works well to build suspense. Overall, a great addition to the series, though I wasn't quite as swept away as I was by the earlier books.

I loved Sherry Thomas's Lady Sherlock series! Thomas retells the story of Sherlock Holmes brilliantly, creating a character in Charlotte Holmes who is just as brilliant as Sherlock (her alter ego) and yet also embodies femininity. There's a touch of romance, a beautiful relationship with her sister, and a cast of complex secondary characters. Excellent and entrancing--I can't wait for the pre-ordered book 3 to arrive!
