⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the worst, and honestly creepiest, covers I‘ve ever seen. Been reading about this broad topic a lot lately, and never knew Aileen‘s story beyond the sex worker piece, so it was time. Her tumultuous upbringing was truly horrific, giving her zero chance at a stable adulthood. Still not an excuse for murdering 7 men. I could buy self defense once, maybe twice, but every time? Honey, please. Unsurprisingly, Wuornos had many diagnoses.

Book two in this series.
I really enjoyed this and would definitely recommend it.

Inspired by serial killer Jeffery Dahmer, this book is written from the perspective of a man obsessed with having his own zombie sex slave. Written in a kind of journal style. It was interesting and different, but I couldn't get into the style of writing. If you can't get enough serial killers, and don't mind some graphic content, then check this one out.

I have read about 60 pages of this and I‘m confused. I just can‘t get into it. There are several GR reviews that support this, so maybe it‘s not just me. On to the next book. 🙂

3.5⭐ - Light Pick w/caveats
I find it difficult to believe they have known each other for years (at least 4) and have never gotten the courage to say how they really feel about the other. I don‘t buy it. But hey…if the vibes👆🏼 are something you're into…and dark/humorous romance is your thing, then maybe this will be to your liking. And as a bonus, the ending even got a little bit thrilling. The DUET narration was super good...loved it😍
