The illustrations in this story were bright and showed the island in a way that made you want to visit it! The reflections in the water are something that stood out to me
pickThis book has was made in 1946. I like the colors shown in the book; the blues and greens throughout the book show different colors of nature.
Aside from the illustrations, I like the layout of the story itself. The book is set up with illustration and poems about the island.
