pickI‘m having to face that romance doesn‘t work for me like it used to. It‘s not a bad thing I guess, it‘s popular enough without my help. But I do love being a completist and can‘t give up altogether. Emily Henry writes emotions really so well. I did take a big break 30% of the way through and kind of forced myself back into it. Maybe my life is just so complicated I can‘t handle other peoples complicated emotions lol.
pickVery quick read. Recommend as a fun weekend read. I enjoy her writing. 4/5

This is book four in the series and my favorite so far. I laughed so hard. The text dialog between the guys was the best. Clueless doesn't even begin to describe it. It also was the most emotional of the books so far. The ending just crushed me. So Good! All the feels and then some. 5 ⭐

Although a classic chick lit, I loved the deadpan jokes peppered throughout the book.

pickSummer moves in w/ her brother‘s hockey mates. Her eyes are immediately set on Fitz, but he‘s in denial of their connection b/c she‘s from a different world than him. But what happens when his best friend & roommate, Hunter, takes an interest in her? What would her brother think of them together?
I liked this one. There was spice, could‘ve been a little more. There were a lot of funny parts. The little misogynistic scenes just triggered me a bit.
