panI thoroughly enjoyed Want to know a secret and this was touted as being like Christie‘s And then there were none. Which I read when I was 12 and still to this day think is one of the best murder mysteries I‘ve ever read. So brave and ambitious to be comparing it to that classic. Well it‘s nothing like ATTWN. It‘s one of the worst things I‘ve ever read. So to anyone comparing it to our Agatha‘s excellent and elegant story I say How very dare you

pickTwisty! I did not want to put this down. It was the perfect balance of brain candy & puzzle to wind up what is always a fatiguing spring semester.
The title is odd and a bit misleading. And the end, well one needs to go into thrillers with a strictly entertainment mindset.
I‘ve been stalking the mailbox all day waiting for this to arrive. Anna Novella on book tube raved - apparently it‘s jaw dropping! 😲 I‘m going to dive in. 🤞🏾

What I love about this author is that no matter how much you think you figure things out, you're always proven wrong. So much so, in fact, that I think this one gave me whiplash! And that epilogue... Brrrr. It gave me legit chills all over!
Side note: Leslie Howard did, yet again, a fantastic job narrating this #audiobook.

pickThis was so bad it was good. It's exactly like those Lifetime movies where everyone is crazy and there's a lot of screaming and accusations getting thrown around. Just look at the cover. Maybe it actually is a Lifetime movie.
If you need a very easy book to read at the end of those days that your brain is fried, this fits the bill. Entertaining and not very long. Not my fav of Frieda McFadden's but I'll give it 4 stars.
pickFinished this last night!! So good!! Another 5 star read from Freida McFadden! I love her thrillers!! There were twists along the way & you don‘t know what‘s fully coming until the end. If you love psychological thrillers and have read previous books of hers then you should love this one!
