Twisty and fast paced, this was a little silly and stretched the boundaries of reality but the snarky vibe kept it interesting. Perfect #audiobook for a long travel day, it kept us listening and made the miles go faster.

Super quick read, very typical Freida McFadden. Not her best, but still a fun ride.

Okay, fine, I accept that I couldn't guess a McFadden twist if my life DEPENDED on it. They're too wild!! I'm always shocked and laughing by the end of her books. They're so out there... and I love them!

5feet.of.fury They are so fun. I loved this one! 6d

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you‘re going into thrillers expecting literary perfection, you‘re in the wrong genre, honey. Is it perfect? Of course not, but when I tear quickly through a story, consider its palate-cleaning purpose served. McFadden is pretty reliable for a rapid read. I had fun trying to figure this one out. #kindleunlimited

Librarylady3 Agreed! People who read books like these and expect them to be grand works of art, then pan them because they are a part of a formulaic genre, confuse me. These are books meant to entertain so just let them entertain you! 1w

I was out and arrived late and saved the best for last-open #LittleChristmasSwap box 🙌I‘m so happy with this package, the book😱I really wanted it excellent choice @dabbe 😘This is the first time I receive a book in that cute bag and is my first “corner” bookmark, so pretty 😍I saw them in instagram. The chocolate are in the fridge because I like that combination of mint and chocolate very cold😋The potato stix can is perfect for the weekend😋⬇️

Gissy (Cont.) I like to eat crunchy snack while I‘m reading😄

I love this swap because we celebrate Día de Reyes, Three Kings Day today, and we receive presents so @dabbe made my day Thank you🥰Thank you @bookish_wookish for hosting this swap🥰

Quick read. Not terribly interesting but had good framework. Didn't really deliver in the end. Twisty, but the clues you need to figure it out don't get presented until the very end. Unreliable narrator. Fine beach read when you want to be entertained but don't want to think that hard. Pairs well with a frozen margarita 🍹

Great and fast read. Predictable, but haunting at the same time!

While this was still plenty twisty I didn‘t enjoy it quite as much as The Boyfriend. The main couple were annoying for much of the book - the guy was a gaslighter and the girl acted pretty dumb. The last 1/3 was much better and saved it overall for me. This author definitely knows how to shock!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟
