Guys, I tried...so hard. This is my attempt at the carrot & curry soup. After what I thought was plenty of time with the immersion blender, my soup is still grainy. Not cool. But, from the splash zones, see, I am not the most graceful in the kitchen. This was before the 2nd wave that took out my shirt & landed on my dog. Poor Bianca. Good thing she loves carrot. #ninjahubby is now trying his hand at it. #nofluffsharmedinthemakingofthissoup
beaniebankbeth Aside from the texture though, which is important in soup, the taste is pretty good, with a definite kick from the curry and ginger. @thealidoyle it's vegetarian! 8y

beaniebankbeth UPDATE! I put the whole soup, batch by batch, in the Nutri-Bullet. Success! Oh, it is smooth now. Thank goodness. Soup's on! 🤗 8y
