The completely wonderful and wonky world of One Piece is one of my favorite places to go when my brain is too occupied with real world problems to face tension in fiction. Also, I would love to see more #manga in the Litsy communities! Does anyone else have a favorite in this medium? #mangaonlitsy

Sace Preach! With the popularity of graphic novels I'm surprised that manga doesn't show up more in Litsy. As for favorites, it's hard for me to say. I am really loving Food Wars right now.

I almost gave up one One Piece when I first started reading it, but the Bearded One, who has been reading the regular manga releases faithfully for over 15 years, encouraged me to keep going. I am so grateful that I did! This manga starts off silly and only gets sillier, but it is also full of brilliant characters, clever writing, and has so much heart. I know that, when the going gets tough, this wonky pirate crew always has my back #mangaonlitsy
