I was hesitant to read this book for a few reasons.. now that I'm about 1/3 of the way the way through it, I'm glad I gave it a chance. Even though it was written in 1930, it has exceeded my expectations and I cant wait to finish it!

Chronic_bibliobubli @Laalaleighh I got the bird, too and had to look at other pictures to figure out what it was. The bird is divergent! Abbs got Dauntless! Did you feel like the bath bomb made your skin softer? I loved the smell!!! 7y

I finally allowed myself to finish New World Rising.. I say allowed, well, because I KNEW this book would be one of those books I just speed through, so I took a couple days off. I'll attempt a review after I pick up all the little pieces of my heart.

abbsinwonderland @MonkeyandBean I'm about the third of the way through. I've been reading slower because idk when I'll be able to get the next one! Unfortunately, I can't bring myself to use electronic devices when it comes to books. It takes the whole experience away from me. But whatever works for you! 7y

MonkeyandBean @abbsinwonderland I don't usually read ebooks either but with the free trial of Kindle Unlimited I was able to read New World Ashes for free while I wait for the actual book. The third comes out in September. I wish I could read it now so I know how it ends. 😊 7y
