I started using Overdrive on my Kindle Fire to check out ebooks.
I keep seeing Libby as well so I was wondering which one is better to use? I know Libby is a part of overdrive so that‘s where I get confused.

HeatherBookNerd There was just a post on @bookriot about this. https://bookriot.com/2018/08/18/overdrive-vs-libby/ 7y
That-Bookish-Hiker @HeatherBookNerd thanks! That really helped. 😊 7y
CouronneDhiver I like the features of Overdrive better, myself. Libby is a little too simplistic for me. 7y

Reviewsbylola I downloaded Libby months ago but still preferred OD initially. Now I use Libby exclusively. I couldn‘t really articulate why that is though. 😂😂😂 7y
MarriedtoMrT Libby! You do everything in-app instead of having to launch to Overdrive webpage. My suggestion is to download and play around with it. I was like @Reviewsbylola and was resistant at first but now use it exclusively. 7y
Kimberlone Libby has a nicer and more modern looking interface, but it‘s easier to access settings and other features on Overdrive. I only use Overdrive now for audiobooks that can only be synced with that app, and mostly send ebooks from Libby to my kindle in any case. 7y
That-Bookish-Hiker @CouronneDhiver @Reviewsbylola @MarriedtoMrT @Kimberlone thank you guys for all the great information! I think I‘ll try both and see which one I end up liking more. 7y
