Annnnd... it‘s an avalanche of library holds! I was so far down on the list for Where the Crawdads Sing, I didn‘t think it would come through for at least another week. Excited by the prospect of finishing two more books tonight, I got a little carried away at the library when picking up my holds. I needed a volume of poetry for this month & the Howard Thurman book I had on hold, but clearly I also needed the third Matthew Swift book (since I‘ve been in the middle of that series for about 4 years) and a collection of speculative fiction by people of color.
