pickBrilliant! This is the most complicated operation Charlotte and her lovable team have ever executed. I‘d never be able to guess all the moving parts and it made it thrilling to the end. If you haven‘t read other books you may get lost because many characters from the past resurface. She does a good job with reminders without interrupting the book, but if this is your 1st one you‘d be overwhelmed. But for the rest of us it‘s amazing!💗 this series!
pickThe 4th book in the Electra McDonnell series (#serieslove2024), and it was a doozy. The usual escapades ensue and meet a little more or the McDonnell clan‘s underworld associates, but it the evolution of the Major and Ellie‘s relationship that made the book hum. It was joyous, hopeful and heartbreaking. Looking forward to the next.
