Having read this so shortly after Our Kids: The America Dream in Crisis was a #Powerful combination. If you aren't screwed by the opportunity gap in childhood, you're pretty likely to be screwed by the bottom-line mentality of the corporate world.

I was expecting a more robust examination of the downsizing of the professional class. It was more of a first-person account, light on research and heavy on anecdote. I won‘t pan it outright because the writing is good, just not what I expected.
After reading Dennis Bensie‘s submission: The Removal, all I can say is “Goddamn!” Suffice to say, you're going to want to read this.
