Blood donor clinic today so loading up the iPad to read and/or listen while I wait. For years I thought I couldn't donate b/c of medication, but looked into it again & found out I was wrong!

I have so many people in my life that would not be alive without donated blood, & my BIL/SIL wouldn't have been blessed with the short time they had with my nephew Owen without transfusions. Donate if you can.

CuriousG Thanks everyone. It's true, things definitely aren't fair. However we were blessed with Owen's fighting spirit and beautiful face for almost 4 months, and now we can give back to others in his name. Such a short life, yet so much has come from it already. 💙 8y
