I loved this book so much. What a wonderful devotional! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #bookblogger #bookreviewer #bookworm #spritualbookreviewer #christianbookreviewer #jesuscalling
I take this with me and read it on trips to the doctor in the cab and in the waiting room ☺️☺️🙏🏽☮️🙂
This is a great devotional for the 40 days from Advent through Epiphany. The daily readings and prayers are very helpful for focusing on the coming of Christ. This also helped to remember the hope we have in Christ's second Advent. I also feel I learned a lot more about church history through this journey. Sometimes modern Evangelicals shy away from terms like "liturgy" and even "Advent" and "Epiphany," quite possibly to our detriment.
Finished this, again. I read it every year. One of my favorite devotionals.

My Christmas present to myself came. The exact title is not listed in the Litsy database but it is basically a calendar with a Bible verse for each day. I love Joyce Meyer.
A soft pick for book 6 of the Thumps Dreadful water series. Thumps is a suitably cranky misanthrope with a gigantic soft spot (a subplot finds him caring for a litter of kittens) but the mystery was kind of meh and the small town of Chinook might have surpassed the acceptable quota of quirky locals. Still I liked it enough to keep going, appreciated the subtle incorporation of racial politics, and I love kittens! 🤪 I might go back and try book 1.
