My finished Canh Bun Tau (Vietnamese Fish & Noodle Soup) with the tiny cookbook the recipe was from. The book was a stocking stuffer from my mom years ago with a Thai & Chinese one.💙But I digress... this was a simple soup, brothy & good. I added/adapted a few things to what I had or prefer. It hit the spot today with the garlic, ginger, turmeric & citrus & is quicker/easier than a good pho. Link to recipe is below.
