This is a very fun Christmas Rom-com - no steam. The two main characters are adorable and I literally laughed out loud several times reading this one. Great holiday read, though you do need to suspend your disbelief to embrace the whole story. 4.25⭐️

A solid start to a mystery series about a group of crime solving retirees. The characters are so much fun, though the mystery was a bit all over the place, I have heard the series gets way better, so I look forward to continuing in 2024. 4⭐️

I read this for a reading challenge and I liked it mostly. I liked the plot and the unique genuine horror. I did not love all of the characterization, especially the hardened broken single mom and the fat phobia toward her best friend/baby daddy was very cringey. It did have a truly evil bad guy and his minion. So I borderline recommend this if you can look past my previous comments. Definitely recommend the excellent audiobook. 3.5⭐️

A delightful romance, and this series continues to be a favorite. This is my second favorite after Heartless. Though this is a standalone, I do recommend reading this whole series, as both protagonists are mentioned in previous books. This does have the secret baby trope, but it is handled and resolved quickly. My only criticism is the steamy scenes felt a bit too long (pun intended). 4.5⭐️
