I bought this book for my dad and he loved it (he spent a year living in the bush as a hunter in his youth). A family living in the most isolated spot in NZ - a two day walk from civilisation is a long way in a small country. Bet there are books about more isolated spots in other countries however!

Centique @Cinfhen he does have some good stories! Like being attacked by a wild pig when he was armed with only a skinning knife 😳😳 He‘s a bit of a legend. 7y
