pickI wasn‘t sure about this at first; it‘s so very long at 16 hours on audio and I nearly bailed near the start, because why use 1 word when 20 will do, Mr Hanks?!
However, the verbosity meant that we really got to know the characters, as well as how a movie is made. I laughed and, yes, I even cried and it ended up being one of my favourite audios of the year. I don‘t think it will work as well in print though: the wordiness works better on audio.
