I don‘t know that “Fadge” is a weird word but it‘s new to me so pressed my kindle to bring up the definition. I do not think Edward is talking about potato bread here. 😂

Ruthiella I‘ve run against Regency slang in Barron‘s books before too. Sometimes google provides and sometimes not. But I wager he doesn‘t mean potato bread either. 😂 2y
