As cliché as it will seem, books are my number one go-to way of relaxing. I can get lost in a book, where in reality I cannot.
I also love a good soak with a bath bomb, preferably a THC one for extra relaxation. Not kidding, they really work to ease tensions in your body.
Depending on the time of day, but a good meal with a friend of loved one, or just a run to Starbucks can bring me comfort. ☕
