so-soThis was one of #TimeMagazineTop100ReadsOf2022. This was my first time reading this author let alone this character. As far as pandemic stories go this wasn't bad. On the other hand I'm still not ready to dive into a book about the last few years, or the political ramifications of said last few years. 3 🌟 read for me.
pickThis was on the #TimeMagazineTop100ReadsOf2022 and to be honest I came to this book not with a jaundice perception but with caution. Often those books touted to be uplifting or helpful always manage for me at least to be none of those things. This read though was all of that and more. She approached these topics with grace and kindness and at several points during the read it was thinking "she totally understands where I am."

pickThis isn‘t a book “you love” and yet…it‘s a book about the purest of love. I‘ve been trying to process this one for the last few days. It stays with you in a way that‘s hard to describe. It‘s very informative and I understand why it‘s part of #TimeMagazineTop100Readsof2022. Have Kleenex you‘ll need it.
pickI was in love with this woman‘s energy, joy, her work in so many roles and after reading her words I‘m even more in awe of her. She had me laughing and crying. It was almost as if she sat with me and told me her story in person. It‘s just that type of writing. #TimeMagazineTop100ReadsOf2022 #nonfictionreadingchallenge
