Somehow, this is the first #SweetValleyThanksgiving for the #SVT series (I think there were 6 in SVK!)! It‘s also Cousin Kelly‘s series debut, and a return for cousins Robin & Stacey. Here all the sisters— the twins, Robin & Stacey & even Alice, Nancy & Laura— constantly bicker & fight. Steven wants family gossip & we learn where Jessica‘s scheming side really comes from! Oddly, Kelly used to live in #SweetValley, though she didn‘t in 2nd grade!

The sixth #SweetValleyThanksgiving is a #SweetValleyKidsSuperSpecial! Ned represented a farmer and he invites them to celebrate the holiday with the whole Wakefield family. The farmer sends the turkey… except Tom is very much still alive! Soon, the family falls in love with the bird, taking him for walks and even dressing him up! How can they bear to actually eat him?! Not even Great-Aunt Helen has an idea for how to save poor Tom the Turkey!

The fifth #SweetValleyThanksgiving brings a little bit of Hollywood with new child star, Daisy Benton, in town to promote her latest film. Jessica loves the movie and is determined to get the star for their float in the parade. Caroline thinks she will have better luck getting the actor‘s attention. Luckily, a chance encounter at the doctor lets everything work out for Jessica! Plus, this one has more Bruce Patman!

This one opens up at the end of the fourth #SweetValleyThanksgiving with the Wakefield family headed to Nevada for the remainder of the holiday break. They stay at a reservation in the Mojave Desert where Elizabeth makes a new friend. While Ann/Water Lily would rather live somewhere like Sweet Valley, the twins convince her that her life is the better one! Plus, Liz gets her first pen pal!

The third #SweetValleyThanksgiving centers around Suzie Nichols, a fellow classmate. She‘s been acting strangely lately. When Alice announces that the Wakefields will be volunteering at the homeless shelter for the holiday, the mystery of Suzie‘s behavior becomes clear. In the end, it‘s a happy Thanksgiving for all and Suzie‘s dad even finds a job! Wealth disparity doesn‘t often play a role in sunny Sweet Valley so this is a nice change.
