I‘m grateful I finished up Part III of this book today, as the morning was incredibly stressful. I am going to take some of Thich Nhat Hanh‘s teachings straight to my yoga mat when I meditate tonight.
I love that he also incorporates the many ways you can bring mindfulness to your daily life. I can‘t believe it has taken me so long to read one of his books!
