Final check-in for #bookfitnesschallenge #BFCR4! I‘m finishing out the challenge strong with my highest average steps of all 6 weeks.🙌🏼This round of #BFC has been about giving myself credit for habits I‘ve built/things I‘m already doing. I‘m broadening my view of what “counts”—recognizing activities that are in place & building on those instead of adding too much extra stuff.
