so-soI think if this was a novella I would have lapped it up but the longer this book went on, the less engaged I became until I ultimately lost my taste for this one. A promising start and accurate description of early motherhood, gender roles/expectations, parenting and personal fulfillment. But than it became redundant and over the top and all together unnecessary. Great audio narration though! I still think the cover & title are fab 🥰

Vansa It's like book editors don't exist anymore. I have the same issue with so many new books. They go on for way longer than they should. 2y
