
Still enjoying this book, but it‘s become very intense. I will never look at trees in the same way, and will never take them for granted.

arubabookwoman @charl08 I started #Barkskins with Anita‘s LT group read and got stalled (not because I didn‘t like it). Reading #TheOverstory I recognized the similarity of themes, and unlike Barkskins this one really grabbed me. #Proulx and #Powers are both especially favorite authors of mine, and I hope to get back to Barkskins soonish. 7y
