Look what those lovely folks at #panmacmillan #picador sent me for Christmas - a veritable feast of #netgalley digital ARCs all coming out next year between February and August.

I already had Fair Play on NG, although not read it yet, and I‘ve seen Thirst Trap on at least one ‘2025 books‘ list, but the others are all new to me.

I also recently got Tilt and Audition on NG too, from a 2025 list posted by a Litten (I can‘t recall who!).

AmyG OOOOOOO look forward to your reviews! 5d

TheKidUpstairs What a great surprise! Other than the Donoghue, I've only heard of The Boy from the Sea, which sounds excellent. I'll have to look up these others! Happy Reading! 4d

Good. Follows on from The Miniaturist. Enjoyable story about family and how secrets can affect them.

Good. Even though at times the writing was a bit disjointed and rushed I felt immersed in Victorian London and that made the story so interesting.

Very good. Even though this is a reread for me it still makes me laugh out loud. At this point in my life I can relate to her life struggles especially the dating struggles. Love how this edition has the back story of Bridget Jones and also how Bridget Jones has coped with Brexit and the coronavirus lockdown. Adds another layer to her story.

Good. Enjoyed the twist and turns this book took me on even though you are left hanging on a crucial question at the end it didn't hamper my enjoyment of the story overall. Recommend 📚📖

If like me, you have ever wondered what life in a refugee camp is like, then please pick up this book, now out in an updated paperback edition. The Dadaab Refugee Camp in northern Kenya is home to half a million people. This book looks at the lives of nine of its residents. Timely and necessary. #diversereads #ReadOutsidetheLines #refugees #Picador

Tamra Highly recommend. In the same vein, What's the What about the lost boys is a must read. 8y
