This is a fun series with unique characters. I was very sad when her mother died 3-1/2 years ago.
pickOne of the best books I have read. This is the second in a series but can be read as a stand alone. This mother daughter writing duo is awesome. Really great book, had me in tears at the end and I don‘t cry. I did not figure it out at all. Usually I can guess the killer in a few chapters, not with this one. Highly recommend
pickOlder book. Very well written. Mother daughter writing duo. Liked the characters, kept me guessing. Sort of a police/detective procedural but with a nice twist. Computer nerds and gamers thrown in the mix. This is the first one in a series and I have ordered the second. Good book. 4 out of 5 stars
so-soTook a few chapters to get into book but found it good 😊 I think I would of found it better if started at beginning of series.

so-soPolice detectives Leo & Gino get involved in a case which leads back to an event in WW2. The Monkeewrebch team are split up in this book with Annie & Roadrunner only playing minor parts.
The plot is rather intriguing but I do feel a little irritated with the occasional occurrence of casual sexism that seems to pop up. Especially as the books are written by two women. Rating: 3 ⭐️
so-soLeo & Gino become embroiled in a terrorism plot, whilst trouble also finds Grace & John on his boat in the middle of the ocean.
The plot was passable but I find it hard to believe Grace would be quite so different merely due to being on a boat and wearing a sundress. Still, at least Annie‘s weight was only mentioned on two or three occasions. Eating: 3 ⭐️

This is book 5 in a 9 book series. It was a very enjoyable read with interesting characters. The story was fast-paced with a twist at the end I did not see coming. I highly recommend this series as it is very entertaining. You should start will book 1 entitled, Monkeewrench.
