It is only recently that I learned that Hitchcock's Vertigo is in fact an adaptation. Looking further into the co-writers behind it, they also pub. another novel that was the basis for Clouzot's incredible “Les Diaboliques“, as well as served as screenwriters for the excellent “Eyes w/o A Face.“ Clearly deft at psychological suspense, I will be checking out their work & I love the iconic Pushkin Vertigo designs.

Eggs Vertigo was one of the first Hitchcock films that I watched. I am still fascinated with Rope, North by Northwest, and Vertigo. Great choice!! 9mo
