pickA compelling and poignant #memoir of #LeonLeyson (born Leib Lezjon), one of the youngest survivors of the #holocaust on #OskarSchindler list. The atrocious crimes committed during the holocaust were just shocking and inhumane. The #Jews were persecuted immensely and this compelled Schindler (although a German) to help and save 1200 Jews, including Leyson and his family. This is one of the #bestmemoirs I've read so far. #audiobook #WWII #history
