It weaves folklore into the story with beautiful prose and the audiobook was wonderfully read with an accent and some singing! YA dystopia where civilization is collapsing and climate is changing. A nice change to read about civilization collapsing but not quite gone. A young girl ends up becoming an unlikely leader and prophet. Not Butler's strongest work but not bad either. Nice fast paced read! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
