With the second season of Invicible out, I went back to read the original comic from the beginning. The plot is really good and the characters are inventive, but the show vastly improves the pretty terrible dialogue.

pickThis was the last issue I had to read for our book club. Will I read any more volumes? Probably not. It was a fun read. This is the issue where it took a violent turn for Omniman and his son. It answered all my questions I had when I watched the show and now I understand. I'm glad I read the first three and looking forward to discussing it with my group. Great illustrations and awesome story.
pickI'm enjoying the series so far. This time around factors more around the father than the son. Why did he do what he did?? I need answers? Such a sad volume. All the characters are great... even the villains!
Just added this to my kindle oasis. Have to read this series after watching the show. The show was amazing and I‘ve heard the comics are as well. Will finish this series before season 2 arrives.
