Sticking with my #HospitalCeiling series on Instagram, here‘s a shot of my recovery room after my cholecystectomy. That wasn‘t fun spending a week in the hospital, or dropping 12 lbs in 7 days, but I‘m glad to be rid of my diseased gallbladder. I read a little while in the hospital, unfortunately the pain was a little too intense for anything more than binge-watching the Food Network and seeing all the foods I cannot eat for many months.
