pickA fun tour of Yolen's short stories about classic fictional characters, from Robin Hood to Lancelot to Dorothy from Oz and Alice in Wonderland. My favorite was "Lost Girls," where the newest "Wendy" Peter Pan takes to Neverland leads all the girls in a strike for equality. Loved the process notes and poems at the end of the book too!
