A graphic novel worth it just for the 15 page intro to the history of the Rwandan genocide.
The events of 1994 are witnessed through the eyes of a young man as he navigates the horror.
It takes place through flashbacks which were hard to follow at times.
Yet your attention is rewarded by a heartbreaking story, beautifully and hauntingly drawn. It sticks with you, as well it should.
