But what was really flummoxing the six males around the table were symmetrical marks under the breasts of the three victims shown in the photographs spread out in front of them.

Were they something the killer had done? A signature maybe that investigators could follow ....
Finally...."Jana, what do you think?"

...."it looks to me like these are the marks you get after you've been wearing an underwire bra all day...?

charl08 Great example of the need / benefits of diverse teams... 1mo
Julsmarshall Love this! Makes me want to read it! 1mo
ChaoticMissAdventures These situations always take me back to "100 Tampons". When nasa was sending up their first woman for 1 week and the men decided she would need 100 tampons if she got her period. Someone made a really catchy song about it. 1mo
charl08 @Julsmarshall one of those bios you don't read for the beautiful writing, if you know what I mean. 1mo
charl08 @ChaoticMissAdventures now I'm wondering how you use a tampon in zero gravity... 1mo

I‘m posting one book a day from my massive collection. No description, no reason for why I want to read it (some I‘ve had so long I don‘t even remember why!). Feel free to join in!

The third book in the Fox & O‘Hare series (#SeriesLove2024). These are fun romps. The antics that Kate and Nick get up to are entertaining. Looking forward to more.

TheSpineView Awesome! 4mo
RamsFan1963 I enjoyed this series, I really need to get around to reading the last books. 4mo
Mollyanna @RamsFan1963 it‘s a fun series. I‘m a little sad that it‘s complete, but it would be hard to keep coming up with new storylines that don‘t get repetitive. 4mo

I‘m declaring my #readordonate effort done. Before today I‘d donated 8 of these books plus others. Today I went through my shelves & pulled about a dozen more. I‘ve just stopped for a late lunch in the middle of driving to various LPLs to leave them. While I was at it, I deleted about thirty books from my TBR list.

I also loaded up a tote with four or five books to take on my upcoming house sitting gig, along with September Real Simple issues.

Leftcoastzen I‘m trying to downsize too ! Good for you ! 5mo

This is what I needed to take a side trip from horror and romance…. Yes it did have some funny, awkward romance but it was really all about the mystery and drama… yo don‘t go to the cove 👀 … now moving on the maze is up next and if it‘s anything like this I‘m all in… btw still reading the Sanatorium by Sarah Pearse … don‘t go to the sanatorium either 👀

The details, descriptions and research in this book are outstanding!! The story is a tragic one to read and not gonna lie but some of the details went right over my head so, it felt like it seemed to drag out and lost my attention. But overall an interesting read😅

tpixie Read the book Very disturbing how the American Natives were killed for their oil money. And I never knew they were so rich. ( I live in Kansas ) Movie was sloooooow. (edited) 6mo
angel1 @tpixie I was wondering if the movie was worth the watch 6mo
tpixie @angel1 I hate to deter you. The costumes were great. But it was 3 slow hours. There was no action to get your adrenaline going. 6mo
