pickAfter seeing so many mixed reviews, I was hesitant to read The Husbands, but I ended up enjoying this a lot. I do wish we got to spend more time with some of the husbands, but I also thought that the frequency and reasons why Lauren changed them so often made sense. I found this both humorous and a little bit thought-provoking.

pickPage-turner memoir about being a working actress who finds herself in a cult! I‘ve never watched “One Tree Hill” but I still enjoyed reading this book (mostly for the cult situations). It‘s unfortunate that the author cover photo is so unflattering; she looks like a 50-something starlet instead of a fashionable Millennial. #BOTM
pickI read this last month. It‘s a solid horror novel. The tone is sort of V.C. Andrews meets postpartum psychosis. #BOTM

I started using Litsy daily right after the 2016 election, because I was feeling scared and sad and needed a community. Despite how devastated I'm feeling today, I'm really glad that Litsy is here and that we all have each other! 💕📚
pickI went into this not expecting much and so was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this book. A good character development plot about becoming your own person, standing up to your family while still loving them, and discovering romance is found unexpectedly and with an unexpected person.
