pickI've enjoyed a few of Crichton's book so I wasn't surprised that I really enjoyed this one as well. While I'm not usually a big fan of the movie making big changes from the book I was happy with a few of the changes that had been made, especially the character of Lex. She was such a ridiculous child and I didn't think it was believable that anyone could be such a brat in the middle of being chased by dinosaurs! #82of2018

jmtrivera I read this so long ago that I don't remember Lex specifically, but I do remember that it's one of the few times as a kid I was able to say that the book and movie were different and I was okay with both! 7y
